★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GDEX is the worst courier company. They send according to their schedule without even phone/knock customer door. When they are outside, they won't even bother to honk or wait for customer. If you miss the delivery, they will try to send on next day, and since their office workers works slow, when you call to cancel the delivery. The item is already in the van for next try and error delivery. POSLAJU is far better since they will call you if you're not at home or when they honk and no one answers him / come out to open door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ .They send according to their schedule. If you miss the delivery in first time, they will try to send on next day which is second time and without call you. They will ask you go collect yourself at branch which 30 minutes far from your house (there is another branch which 8 minutes far from my house). They said they would not deliver to you again since ald two times deliver. When they call you, the use very impolite ways talk to you and cut your phone . Super very bad service. They even said " I am gdex, we gdex memang do it in that way, POSLAJU and skynet is far better since they will call you if you're not at home and say will come back again in the time we available or when they honk and no one answers him / come out to open door. Some will just put down your parcel. (it is OK if is a soft parcel)..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It opens at 8.30am. Visited this branch in the early in the morning. Easy to get a car park space. Though the staff are tight with workload, overall experience still ok.. settled handing over my parcel in 3 mins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast delivery. I used to send parcel using both mygdex and contract. Fast and easy. They provide free pick up for a certain amount of top up. One thing not good was if you didnt finish the top up amount within the free pick up period, you will have to drop off at branch or pay rm5 for pickup service. With contract, they provide free pick up, just that you have to call in before 3pm.
