★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a worse service. Since 2 days my parcel stuck at their parcel hub. When we ask the agent not giving a proper answer and samo say call to agent and ask why they nvr come and collect from city link. They nvr call city link agent even though they know the direct line number. After 2 days I asked now only they call agent and arrange for driver. Parcel hub suppose to call agent when they know no driver to collect the parcel and ask for arrange other drivers to collect the parcel but these people ask customer to call and ask y delay for delivery. And the boy who answered the call in parcel hub is really a worse worker. The day I post my parcel he wrapped it in terrible way and the way he answered my question are like very rude by saying"don't raise ur voice Ms, u call city link agent then ask if they say it's our mistake then u can raise ur voice with me" now it is parcel hub mistake and I want the manager take action on the boy who talked to me with rudely so he know how to answer other customers next time.
