The customer service keep on telling that they wil inform person incharge to contact but after a week no one inform us anything. What kind of service is this.

Even take leave today to make sure the delivery done... Never call me .. message me... Even dare to challenge to complain... How arrogant... This is not stop here... I will go even further to make sure u guys Learn ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Request for pick up on the 13/1,3 days no one came to pick up the parcel...call customer care and complaint and they give the same excuse will inform PIC...yet no acrion taken..had personally send it to their office...GDEX PLS IMPROVE ON YOUR SERVICE!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs appeared tired and demotivated judging from their winching chats and body language. One even said it out loud that she was feeling sleepy ,"mengantuk lah".
While one front desk staff was working , 3 others were chatting away until I pushed them for service. One grudgingly came forward and helped out. I was just one of the 3 customers there but they took ages to serve my need. I hope Gdex will buck up.
