★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Out of 4 counters, only 2 were open. Though the customer service was not horrible, the environment of Pos Malaysia Sunway Pyramid was not welcoming. The aircon was not working, the chairs were dirty, overall badly maintained. Be wary of the business hours, it is opened from Monday to Sunday from 10am to 6pm, and it is closed on public holidays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super happy to be able to renew my road tax here on a Sunday! No queue at 12.15pm. The lady at the counter is cool, calm, efficient and friendly. Also paid bills within seconds.
So disappointed with MYEG Ara Damansara - always running out of stock for road tax slip!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No queue on monday at 11:50am, nice and friendly staff, she even let me borrow her glue. For those who still wandering where this post office is, you need to use the escalator located between KFC and McDonalds to go downstairs, this post office will be on your left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never have I experienced such a horrible service. The employees at the counters talk to customers as if they are doing us a favour, especially counter 2 with TELLER: 23520ROKIAH. I never leave reviews but after such a bad experience, I felt obligated to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is this how you're going to serve your customer? Just because I came in 10 minutes before your closing hours doesn't mean that you can be rude to me. Why do you keep rushing customer to speed up to fill up form? You even proceed to off all the lights in the office.
I used to come here because it was a pleasant experience but not anymore. Please teach your staff especially the young lady to brush up her manners. Worst experience ever.
