★ ★ ★ ★ ★ said to deliver my stuff today so i waited a whole day at home. checked my tracking status and suddenly 'undelivered due to sorry card', though there was no sorry card left at my place. i don't see any GDEX lorry / van passing by my area either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service in term of delivering a parcel but tracking not updated at all. Make it very deficult to plan time when actually a parcel will come. Please make sure to update the tracking so that you will have all 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Said item was out for delivery but then nothing! Item was not delivered. Tracking status "unsuccesful delivery attemp". Stupid! Didn't even come to the house! Delivery guy gdex always like this. Makan gaji buta duit haram!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Call million times ,no 1 answer, delay more than 1 week , ask hq customer service said they had no idea, said (3 times)will call back to give reason of delay . Then said may b too busy to deliver?! What the f* ing reason??!! Even local POS service is more effective than this "international" company!!! SUCK !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Among the many couriers ,Gdex is the most unsatisfactory courier.Had change other couriers due to Gdex couriers for the reason of not being able to enter the hinterland while all other couriers can only enter the hinterland.This is an inappropriate answer as an international courier

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will not even give 1 star if I could. If given a choice I would not select gdex. Its been 10 days since I have passed the courier & the customer also didn't receive the item (asking for it) & there is no response as to what happened to the item. Went to check but office was closed & called but nobody picked up the phone. Now tell me are you people really running a courier service or not? Please if you cannot do a proper job then don't do it & make people's life headache. Because of your very poor service we are facing difficulties & bad name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A courier service that is comparatively priced. Service was average as the delivery person did not state when he is going to redeliver. It was just ticked onto the card stating that they will redeliver. The clerk stated that the person.would only return to the office after closing time but she gave the contact number of the delivery person. Contacted him and was informed that he would return to office in 10 minutes which turned out to.be half an hour.
