I ordered a waffle at gelato fruity sunway velocity outlet, the waffle served is really horrible. Your menu shows that waffler come with 1 scoop of selected icecream and blue berry jam, BUT what i get is a worst waffle i ate in my life and top with some chocolate and syrup, it’s super disgusting and definitely not the one you show on your menu, not even close and i can call it cheating.

I've come here once for a cup, and came back to buy 1kg takeaway. The staff was really nice when I came before, and when I returned. The experience and gelato here are so good. They even have seats.
Will definitely come back again and again. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's quite a bad experience. They have poor quality of staff, the staff got the wrong flavour for me and they were negligent of the eating area, they didn't clean it up even though the previous customer had gone for a long time. And last i don't think it's worth for my purchase.
