★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is what my feeling and experience in 'Sunway Velocity FamilyMart store'.
The staff is very unprofessional service. Customer service is bad too. The staffs face just like 'Don't ask me anything and Won't help you'. No Smile and look very unfriendly most of time during the working hours.
This is my first time have a bad shopping experience in FamilyMart compared with other FamilyMart store in Malaysia and Japan.
Would you please to Re-trainning the staffs about customer service? Or The store manager help the staffs improve the customer service?
I really don't want FamilyMart store in Sunway Velocity will affect the FamilyMart band name due to customer service.

The staff is very unprofessional service and not even friendly at all. The service is very slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I can give 0 star, I will. I have never been so angry when shopping in a convi store. Workers work really slow and even talk back to you when you question them. I know no one will read reviews before entering a convenience store but enter at your own risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today 17/06/2022, I came quite last minute and they almost close the store. The Queue Is long even though is almost 10pm, but saw this kakak and one brother was very patiently serving every customer. Saw them tired but I love the way they handle every customer. Well I guess only both of them is on duty. I hope I could give more, but here is 5 stars! Keep up good work guys! May god bless both of you. Please increase their salary ❤️
