But the management sucks
The security guard need to stop playing with their phone and focus on their job while on duty

β β β β β An old condominium hidden from the main road. Car park for visitors are non available. And trying to find a parking slot outside is a nightmare due to the narrow and limit space available.

β β β β β If you are looking for low density with educated tenants, this is the right spot.
It is very convenient in terms of grocery and food. Short walk away from the stay you will see a mini business park with cafe and restaurants.
There's a small Monday night market right beside the road.
And NSK is just a short distance away.
Oh ya, there is a mcDonald in Shell Petrol station! It is located slightly after NSK.

β β β β β Is quite nice actually just happened recently year that the swimming pool need to 6 month to repair say I pity those resident who stay there paying maintenance fees for just waiting 6 month of nothing anyway good security, but the lobby should have install air conditioning if not sometime the lobby get quite warm

β β β β β These are beautiful apartments.. Having nice look and k great parking. At 5th floor here is a swimming pool, which attracts the people from the area. The people live there are mixed but Chinese are more. Clean and quiet place ever in visited in Malaysia ??.
