★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lifts are VERY SLOW and they are always NOT WORKING.
Residents had to climb up and down due to the frequent lift breakdowns.
Most of the gym equipments were FAULTY for years and the management don’t even bother to fix or to upgrade it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall ok but the security part is strict aka troublesome for visitors although it's for "kinda owner" lolol bringing friends here that time. Parking got time limit for visitors too. Like 3 hrs???Even 1 of us is like owner. Strict pool rules too. ? Park outside is even better sometimes for visitors.
