★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent siew yok, char siew and roast duck. Not the best siew yok (there are better siew yok around) I ever had but decent enough with its crispy skin and once you bite on it, you can feel the oil seeping in your mouth.
Roast duck meat was quite tender. Interesting finds are the shrimp wantan are quite large and the barley drink is more milky than watery.
Things that can be improved are if the food is served warmer. The soup is only luke warm, would have preferred piping hot food for dinner.
Limited outdoor sitting located at the side of the shop (windy and covered by awnings).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serving one of the better roast pork, char siew and chicken rice in Kota Damansara.
The price are not too high, however, the portion that they serve are small. The attached are photo of the roasted pork rice RM10 (for few thin pieces of meat).
Will have given a 5 stars if they could come up with more reasonable offers for the average working people could afford daily.

One can make good roast chicken but not char siew or roast pork belly, those who make good char siew somehow can't get their toast pork belly right. You get the idea... Please enlighten me on where the seller get everything right ok? ??
One can find roasted meat stall almost everywhere he/she goes - in fact, it is probably the fastest stall to be taken up if there's a hawker style restaurant opens up. It is one of the fastest moving food in any restaurant that you go. For me, I prefer convenience than purposely making a trip just to savour my choice of roasted meat.
As I am always in Kota Damansara area, I would not miss any new restaurant opening for business. Gen Don is actually few years old but it took me recently to be able to post this up. Located along the quieter row of the bustling Dataran Sunway area, they have since established themselves as one of the place for roasted meat. I'd come here several times actually... The portion was generous, ordering system pretty straight forward and fast too.
◾3 Combinations - I tried their roasted duck, pork belly and char siew and found that all of them tasted above average.. the roasted duck has this nice herbal taste,crispy skin and tender meat; char siew was caramelised well (still prefer Toast N Roast but this was commendable); and the siew yuk has this crackling skin.
◾Wantan noodle - the portion itself could easily feed two kids (or even 2 small eaters). They used pork lard and oil resulting in the aromatic flavour.
◾Chai boey aka spicy & sour vegetable - I enjoyed this dish so much.

◾Braised taufu
They get most of the roasted meat right... Not necessarily the best in business but more of a convenience, this restaurant has become my to-go place whenever I'm in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The roasted duck here is surperb. Rich flavor and not oily. The char siew is also good, not overly sweet. The roasted pork is normal, so duck and char siew is highly recommended. The sour soup with vegetable is also big portion. The price average and acceptable. The place is clean an comfort. Highly recommended if u r looking for roasted duck meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love their daily soups. Yummy! Got ABC soup, old cucumber soup, white radish soup, etc. Sure will get a large bowl of soup or double bowls. Steam and grilled chicken tasty. Grill duck is a bit salty. Their green ginger sauce is a must to try. Whenever I take away the dishes, sure will get more green ginger sauce.
Wanton soup ok. Dry Mee only RM4. But their fuzuk barley tasteless compare to previous. Less pandan and barley taste. Hopefully they will improve this drink. Previously I sure will order it every time. But now become lesser due to the taste.
Staff service moderate. Only the Chinese female staff more alert. She did very well. Foreigner workers will be slow a bit. Still got room for improvement.

Roast pork texture is good.
Roast duck no taste.
Tofu is good.
Noodles too salty. After eating noodles, the roast pork and roast duck will be completely bland.
