★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in this morning. Attended by a guy with tattoos and cap, asking him about the package and he seemed to be reluctant to explain and barely understand simple BM. Don't feel like welcomed at all, walked off.
Dude, keep giving attitude to your customers, let see how long your business lasts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made an appointment for 12h30 today, and when I got there (12h20) the barber said that there was 2 walk-ins in front of me... that I should wait... I left the shop and will never come back. If you prioritize walk ins you shouldn't have an appointment system. Disrespectful.

However .. RM 60 paid .. no receipt given .. also not hot towel and signature Massage as advertised

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I chose deluxe cut (rm60). Massage and hot towel are not provided. I expect for a proper hair wash but it ends up with simple rinsing after hair-cutting. He only trim for me and have a minor hair-cut which couldn’t spot any difference from before and after. Btw, I like their “fading” which is trimming. Not worth for the price .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hairstylist is friendly and they have a very good skill on haircut but I hope they could be more considerate so that will be more better. A friendly reminder, for female, the haircut is RM 48 but for male, it's RM 38.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ slow, long waiting time. was only attended to after 30 minutes on a Friday at 2.30pm. understaffed. has a posh ambience but service didn't match it at all.
haircut was good but the massage was nothing much (might as well goto a regular barber outside for much cheaper costs). don't think I'll return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for the signature cut at RM80. The haircut standard was good. Love the refreshing scalp treatment and shoulder massage. However, I wasn't given a mirror to check the haircut and neither was any shaving done despite it being a barbershop. A tad disappointed that it did not offer the full range of service despite of having selected the premium package.
