It's my favourite dim sum place each time in Genting. Price is very reasonable and about the same in KL and the taste is better than many dim sum restaurants. The lai sar pau here is my son's favourite. Do try the porridge with lots of ingredients in it.

Overall ambience: Cosy and welcoming Overall cleanliness: A- The plate slightly dirty (just clean with tissue and all will be fine. Overall food taste: Just ordinary. Personal view: Talapia Deep Fried with Ginger - over fried and some muddy taste. Stout Spare Rib - a little hard but the taste is slightly better than expectation. Sprout with Salted Fish - fresh and crisps. "Mui Choy" with Pork - taste good.

Had a very bad ? experience ? yesterday. Our group of 4 were seated for 15mins with no menu & no service!! Staff was totally free but we could not understand why they were not interested! They had only a few tables n all already had their food served! So very disappointed for tis behaviour by staff in such a renowned estab??

After travel between Singapore and Malaysia opened their corridor, we visited Genting. 1st fnb restaurant we would like our brunch was tim sum and wok hei cooked food. Restaurant was renovated, staffs were professional as compared to past. Food were served at its best, but but but, when we asked for sambal chilli we were told was 12RM extra. Top tier restaurant charging for sambal chilli? SPEECHLESS, back of my mind, whoever run this restaurant clearly do not know how to manage their PnL. Ordered a takeaway, Came my takeaway. Then I need to request a spoon which wasn't given together with takeaway. Asked for a carrier for takeaway which wasn't given with takeaway So ask again for spoon, finally came In the end, got to carry back to ny room

This restaurant has a revamped recently. It's now called Genting Palace. They used to be at the Maxim's which at the moment the section has been closed for renovation. The service and the food served is superb.

A popular Chinese restaurant located between Highlands Hotel and Genting Grand, this restaurant serves breakfast dim sum till lunch and then serves mostly Chinese dishes including some limited live seafood such as marble goby fish, lobsters, fresh water river fishes and giant shrimps cooked to your specifications. There are a break from 3-5pm before it resumes business till 10pm every night. Food quality and taste is nothing to shout about but prices are certainly upmarket. Service have improved recently with added floor and service staffs. Can give this a try if you fancy a moderate Chinese meal if you happen to be in the vicinity.
