★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a mini wonderland. It has everything shopping malls ,hotels,casinos, food courts. Entertainment zones. Perfect
holiday getaway. You can spend the entire day within the property or you can go for a sightseeing nearby. Loved my stay here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very chill, those who cannot stand cold are strongly recommended to wear something warm.
Gambling or not, Genting has all the games you need. Arcade, bars, casino, hotel, theme parks… It has everything you need to enjoy a holiday.
However, please do not get addicted to gambling, as the staffs are trained professionally, and THEY DO KNOW HOW TO EARN YOUR MONEY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We all had wonderful time with each other actually. However not much games are open and the tickets are quite pricey. They are lots washroom n food outlets. New exciting games. But I truly missed the old roller coaster. Yeah, time changes. The whole new idea looks great. But again, they shud have lesser price options since not all the games are open. Each game waiting time was almost 20- 45 minutes so we only had 1 times each game from 11am to 6pm.
It was so crowded actually and also rainy day. Food was good and of course pricey too.
Then the indoor games, same. Not much options for 7 year old. But as long that we enjoyed the day as a family. It was school holiday so guess the crowd was due to that. Other than that, we totally love the view from the cable car. My most favorite of all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The new outdoor theme park is awesome. Electronic Q system with app is good. You can register and be there on time at each attraction. The rides are good catering to all age groups. The one we enjoy most is the Independence Day. This VR ride should not be missed. When we were there, climate is very good. Enjoyed the fog and breeze. This is definitely a new popular destination in Malaysia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, this is Genting Highlands. Not your regular place to get excellent services. Which could be improved but not really done so, hopefully one day it does.
Location is well situated within the resort world.
Well, things are expensive. So, be prepared to spend.
Otherwise, enjoy your stay. Especially good for children. The theme park is just right there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New indoor theme park is amazing! My kids love it! ? overall the experience in new Genting was great & chill! The hotel room is quite small, the process of check in is inconvenience & taking very long time, hope it can be improved. Other than that everything is good ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place. Cable car view is amazing. Many amusements suitable for different age groups.
3 stars because of charging 5 yrs old children same as adults because of this "height" nonsense. I personally consider this as something close to discrimination by colour or race.
Also 3 stars because of very high price ticket. It's honestly reasonable if you can cover all amusements. You can't.
One of the amusements, that include boat ride within an "Epic, the movie" environment, we got literally splashed by water. Fun but need to be warned beforehand. It's already cold over there.
Book virtual queue from app to spare really plenty of time.
