★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best hotel ever. Very comfortable and clean. Bathroom is very nice and the bed is also very big and comfortable. The massage service here is top-notch and you can choose who to give you the massage. So far all the girls do their job really well. If you are nice to them, they will even extend the time of service to 20-30 minutes. Will come back here again from time to time for their services, especially after a long and stressful day. Amazing. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hotel in Jb. Stayed here for 2 nights. Receptionist is super rude. Keep playing with their phone. Reached our hotel for a quick shower at 5.30pm but unfortunately it's not ready yet and we need to called them. Waited for an hour for them to clean our room. Towel is yellowish. I liked the big garden in front of the hotel which is good for morning jog. First and last. Disappointment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was cosy but small. Fridge was not working. Need to make cash refundable deposit....credit card not acceptable. Quite inconvenient since I was not informed when booking was confirmed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable bed and environment. Need to train the staffs to be more professional in handling customers not like in pasar malam. That one specific staff. I had many stays there but this time I was totally unhappy with the service given. Reconsidering my next stay there.
