★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im just astonished of how rapidly this hotel deteriorated to its current dilapidated condition..30 40 years hotels also wont be in this pathetic condition.friendly night staff.room were so so bad even for a budget hotel .booked for two days.. couldnt stand the first night also. Checked out first thing in the morning.no refund .but its okay.we were happy to just get the hell out of that pathetic place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The mattress on the first room that I check-in was sunken and the air-con was not cold. I reported it to the reception and repairman was sent to check on the condition but not immediate exchange of the room. Only able to exchange after the repairman diagnosed the air-con was faulty in about half an hour later. Recovery service can be improved.

The bathroom is full of cockroaches! It's totally a cockroach nest! Called the front desk for a room change, was told that it is fully booked, they ask housekeeping to clean it up, but there were still cockroaches after cleaning! The worst is even beside the bed also can see them! Didn't dare to sleep for whole night! Complaint to the front desk for the next morning and they just perfunctory and didn't really look into it.
I know it is a budget hotel, but the cleanliness is so worst! I never stayed a budget hotel with so much of cockroaches before!
Will never ever book this Hotel again in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service. Basic amenities. No boiler but there's water dispenser downstairs. I travel with a child. He loves the fan in the room. Satisfied with the rooms assign to us. I like the big windows to air the small room. I request for change of rooms due to cigarette smell they willingly do it for me. I will go back there again because its comfortable, cheap and near to danga bay and europark fun fair by grab.
