โ โ โ โ โ Place is actually nice but other customers brought kids with them. Because the walls aren't that thick, the sound of the kids screaming non stop can be heard from anywhere in here. Feels worse than a mental asylum.

โ โ โ โ โ Good place for short n long stay.. very clean n spacious room.. clean toilet with hot water facility.. chk in for family room with 1 king size bed and 1 single size bed.. customer service from staff was ok but am thank you on very welcome service with good job entertain me to look on the room condition from night female receptionist eventhough came late at midnight time.. she very helpful and did a good job.. but for receptionist in the morning one before chk out need to improve on greeting service and smile a lot when look at guest who might thinking to drop in to Gergasi Inn again.. overall am satisfied with this place and recommended to others.. cheers.

โ โ โ โ โ Staffs at the counter for all the shifts are very courteous and obliging. Their standards are beyond 5 star. Even the houskeeping staff is very efficient and obliging too. I am very happy and pleased with both visits. Clean and pleasant place.

โ โ โ โ โ Huge room! Took the room with 2 king beds and still had sooo much space. Rooms were clean and basic. Bad side was the water heater was faulty and one mug was cracked plus the Aircond remote didn't work. Informed the reception about the heater but no one came to check.

โ โ โ โ โ Not bad for a new quite and secluded hotel. Refrigerator is not available but the kettle and ironing facilities are provided with a deposit. The floor is a bit dusty but others are clean. However this hotel may not be suitable fir the elderly or people who are physically challenged since there is no elevator.

unbelievable? Unbelievable size, with that price at ipoh city
Breakfast shop is far away, need to drive out to across the main road
Low side,
hot water had to take from centralised hot water dispenser at recep.
Not suitable for old folk (walk up stair) unless book at ground floor rooms.

Cons : No cofee sachets... Pillow dam HARD... Cant flush Poo at the toilet... Must flush many times... Toilet shower tap too small difficult to turn with soapy hands
