โ โ โ โ โ What lovely place they have here. A wonderful retreat for staycation. Can accommodate large group of people. Environment and Cleanliness is good. Can do cooking inside, they provide indoor games, a swimming pool, ping pong table, and orchard to explore, fishing pond and so on. Help is just a stone throw away. Secured place. Price even though pricier but it was really worth it.

โ โ โ โ โ Tempat ni menarik, cantik. Tapi ada satu je slack tempat ni iaitu House keeper dia. Sangat tak proper for a staff enter the house without any notice to the visitor and suddenly start mopping the floor, and checking the house like we are in plkn or boarding school or some disciplinary camping. You come at the wrong time and at the wrong moment. The worst is when the house keeper come in to the house before check out time. Dont you think that we need some privacy??
Is this how you treat the customers? We do not pay that much of money for this kind of services. Maybe the owner need to give some warning to the house keeper not to come to the house if the customer not calling them for any help or any issue. Please do room service / clean the house after the check out time / after the visitors left.
By the way there is still a good thing about her. She did ask us either we have enough blanket to sleep and she did give us enough blanket that night when she knows that we dont bring blanket that day. Really appreciate her kindness for the blankets. Last but not least, please put on some curtain at the living hall so that the visitors can sleep with peace and 'covered' at night.
We come for a holiday. Of course we need some privacy for ourselves. Please dont screw other's holiday like this.

2 star for the price - mahal kalau tak de cacat cela boleh diterima tapi privacy customer tak dijaga terus buat orang hilang mood
