★ ★ ★ ★ ★ that 1 star is for the surrounding of the villa only, since its a spacious place for a night stay for company family day. thats the only pro, lets start with the cons of it.
1. the host is a old man on his 50s which keep invading our privacy, he has already show us around the house telling us where is the switch for fan and light, and keep showing us how expensive his property is.
2. the host keep coming in and out of the house without our consent to off the fan n light althou he had already told us where it was.
3. he just keep appearing and peeking at us what we are doing, feels more like a prison than a villa.
4. lets go to the so called snooker table and swimming pool. snooker table all worn out, pool stick all unuseable, swimming pool is full of clorine(oh yea, he remind not to dirty his pool bcoz got another group coming in after we check out) are we staying in a school hostel?
5. while we were watching astro which villa provide, suddenly at around 8pm plus, suddenly the line was cut off, no heads up just cut it off.
6. the next morning, the host came into one of our room, mind u we hv women staying in the room, just walk in and walk out. that is a disrespect to women doing so.
7. we were reminded at 11am via watsap that we were to check out at 12pm, of course we know, bt he came at 11.30am walking around and stay there giving us all pressure.
8. not to mention their bathroom, there is water heater but not functioning, and when the shower is running for bout 5 mins it just cut off, we need to use the bidet to shower after that.
9. racism detected, he ask one of our colleagues if all is muslim since he say some freehair. what kind of question is it? this is malaysia. we are multi-race country.
we actually read alot of negative feedbck but it was durin 2017 stay, so we thought it would be safe, but hold and behold it aint.
so to the owner or host, this is our sincere feedbacks, do not bash as i believe this is not the first negative feedback you get since u declare u are or was a medical students. so anyone who wanna stay you all may, but just a heads up how ur stay gonna be. Cheers xx

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did our engagement here, the place is very good and its big enough to fit in 200 guests. The owner was very friendly as well. The only downside to this place was the water and aircond problems during our stay. Also please prepare your own PA system because the PA system provided by the owner didnt work well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is good, very modern like interior with a pool table and swimming pool. It’s a great staycation for families. But.. For the owner/host deserves this 1 Star! Very bad host. Your previous 1 star reviews says it all. First & Last!
