★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst haircut in my life, uneven hair length & thickness after cutting my hair short (shorter than I requested and I can't even go to another hairdresser to save my hair). Also I suspect the hairdresser took my hair to sell to make a wig because he tied my hair into few parts and cut them to have a certain length (I've donated hair before so I know the procedure). Will never visit this place ever again! Worst experience ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there on Sunday with an appointment at 5.30pm. Only few staffs were around so had to wait. They start entertaining us around 5.50pm. All the SOP was followed accordingly. The only flaws was they never immediately cleaning the work desk after the customer left. Can see hairs on the floor. They never ask us to purchase any of their product. The senior staff also given few suggestion on the styling. Overall the experience was good.
