★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giant Bukit Tinggi has undergone a transformation. The display shelfs are well spaced out and it's a bit of a pleasure shopping there now.
The vege and fruit sections need an upgrade, though.
Wish the floor manager is more sensitive to long queues and opens more cashier desks during peak times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is recommended that you check for the correct prices for the promotion products coz sometimes the cashier will key-in the normal prices. This happens sometimes when I buy promotion products. Some cashiers are very unhelpful when you request that they check the promotion prices before keying-in. When you leave the cashier after paying to check on the prices on the receipt, some cashiers are very rude and instruct you to go immediately. Once payment has been made, and you have been charged the normal price for the promotion products, you have to go to the Customer Service Department to complete a form to be refunded on the difference of the normal prices charged as compared to the promotion prices.
The weighing counter staff can be rude by telling you not to come out to shop if you requests that the customer maintains social distancing which is not fully enforced during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The management should have mystery shoppers to evaluate their staff performance and in how they treat their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a long established supermarket near shop houses. Parking is plentiful. There is even a car wash service at the parking area near the Petronas.
In the building there are other small sub shops such a handphone repair shop, Guardian, Cosway, KFC, gold smith, Computer, Handphone shop, Chicken Rice shop etc and RHB bank branch.
You can get almost anything in the hypermart. From electrical items, stationaries, clothes, baby items, bakery goods, fruits, vegetables, fish, prawn, chicken and many more. They even sell potted plants near the exit area. I normally come here for the Faultless Ironing Spray as I only use this brand and did not see other hypermart selling it...? Overall...the place is spacious and clean.
My only complaint is I have encountered few rude staffs. They cannot be bothered to explain where certain items can be found. Some do not even look at you when answering. And maybe a 'Thank You' or a 'You are welcome' would be nice to hear ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price tag RM4.50 but when I paid it's just RM3. Hahaha. Clean, Big, got ATM, a lot of retail stores, and a bit pricey than Tesco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there during the weekday. Plenty of parking space. Prices are competitive compare to other place. Products place in organized manner. Cashier queue is fast as not busy during the weekdays although there's a few counter open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to shop for groceries after GIANT hypermarket rebranded their products & layout designs. It certainly has more items in stock now compared to few months back when I was here. I will definitely come back for more as their offers/promotions is somewhat cheaper compared to other hypermarket.
However, need to improve on the available counters to accommodate long queues in line. During my time here at around 12PM, there's only 3 counters open with 1 express lane.
