★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The things u need might have here but the problem with this place is the cashiers at the counters. They always open not more than 3 counters although the customers r getting large... The last time, only 2 counters r open... That really is an annoying experience...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am an American that has been to 2 dozen countries, and it's not unheard of for a supermarket to check in your bag before entry. But this is the FIRST AND ONLY supermarket that make me check in my bag and charges me money for it. To make things worse, the old lady that does this speaks no English whatsoever, after I browse the market which I didn't buy anything and when I get my bag back, she asks me for money which I didn't understand, then she called people over, and like 10 people show up and explain I have to pay money, I explained to them, I didn't want to check in my bag, you guys made me do it and why should I be charged??? The other lady who speak English says "this is Malaysia, this is our rule this is the store's rule", I told her I was not told this when I went in, she said it don't matter. I was really upset at this point, but everyone was staring at me with pretty hostile eyes. I didn't want to escalate thing further, I paid and left. But for sure as heck I'm going to let everyone know my experiences on this. Not cool, not cool at all. If I had explained this before I went in, I would not have went in, if you have someone in charge of this at the door, then make sure they can freaking explain it to the customer to make them understand. If the person cannot speak English, it's fine, why not put up a poster in English that explains it and let people read it!!!!!!!!
This whole experience was unacceptable ?
As for the supermarket itself, it's pretty terrible, very little selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. The rest of the 1st 2nd and 3rd floor sells Chinese general merchandise that you find in Dollar stores here in US. Except much much less organized. Cloths are not stacked up, items on the shelfs are messy, merchandise in package boxes blocking the walk way etc....
But hey, the Lady says "This is Malaysia" then I guess that's that then.
