Queues for the counter can be long when someone is buying a lot of items, but it shows the variety they have here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is Giant's mini market. I come here or over in Taman Melati to get something fast and easy. The price is a bit on the high, but not too much like the Mamak mini Stores. They have almost everything here. The shop can be a bit crammed. Because of Covid-19, you need to queue up during peak hours. The shopkeepers are so polite and helpful. What I like most is that, they also serve pastry. Now, where can you get freshly baked pastry from a road side store? They baked the pastries, right in the store itself. So, you can be assured that it's fresh and warm. That's one of the reasons why I will alway patronise Shopsmart. They are smart in keeping us to come back for more. And they also serve fresh produce like vegetables, fruits and chicken. Though its only a limited offering for vegetables. But its enough, for they have cabbage, Kai Lan, Buck Choy, Tomatoes, Cucumber, lettuce etc.That's almost 80% of all the greens I would need. And they are always strategically located, right in the centre of the township. So, for convenience I come to shopsmart Melawati and Melati.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean store with a good shop layout and design, items are grouped and easy to find. Prices are competitive, too. Has household supplies, toiletries and a wide range of groceries and fresh fruit & vegetables. There's ample parking outside, you don't need to worry about the safety of your vehicle as there's a police station nearby!
