★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time trying this coffee. The barista is so nice. He guides you on your order. And he's very friendly as well. Love the service!! The coffee is really good. If you want stronger coffee dose, choose Indonesian Sumatra coffee instead of columbia. Y'all have to come here and try it! Worth every penny. Affordable price for such a good coffee ❤️

The only things I would love more is if they have a small seating for a quick drink.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gotta agree with another reviewer about the sour-faced girl. I’ve been debating whether to post this review for months, but I thought maybe it was just me who was imagining this girl being so rude. But I guess not, huh?
I LOVE the coffee products at Gigi, but my experience at KL Gateway is so much affected by that girl. I am always a little bit nervous every time I come up to the counter, I never know if she’s gonna be her default-setting moody, or EXTRA moody. Her demeanor is like the work is SO beneath her, like she is so done and could not care less. But because I love the coffee so much, sometimes I like to test the universe’s luck. Thank goodness for GrabFood, because I can order without looking at her face!
Gigi, you GOTTA do something about this poorly behaved customer-facing barista.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The thin Malay lady at the cashier who takes orders is so rude & puts on a sour face. She talks to customers like talking to an enemy.
I'm always a very easygoing & polite customer but I just have to write this complaint.
Please have some basic manners, at least to a nice customer who did nothing wrong. You having a bad day does not mean you can treat people rudely. So so disappointed. Thank god she's not the one who made our drink. It might have tasted bad.
