I dont understand why this shop even exists. So little choices of materials! Nothing great. People working here are kind of cocky. And they posted about having promotions on their fb page but when we went to the shop, nothing was mentioned and when asked, they said no promotion and they know nothing about it. They sound like cheapskates to me. Better no need to do business if you guys are trying to cheat people. ??

Very bad service. The owner or boss very rude to customer. Disappointed with the service given. Suggested not to choose this company at all. I paid 10K for very bad service. Totally not worth it. Workmanship so so. Kind of tipu customer. Deal lain end up lain jadi. Think twice if u want to buy their cabinet.

I can say the contractor is very RUDE AND A SCAMMER. I already paid deposit RM1200 at Home expo held at PWTC last April. After my renovatio I try to discuss with him about the date for the installation cabinet but he gave many other reasons to avoid from discussing. The rude part is when he even BLOCKED my number and I cant even reached him till now. DAH LA PENIPU PENCURI PULAK TU. Just wait for the report.

This is the worst contractor I ever dealt with. I admit, I totally regret to choose this company at the first place. Found the company during deco expo in KL early this year. The promotion given was no so bad during that time and as explained by the owner, they have two offices, one in Puchong and another one in Melaka. I thought I have made a good choise to select this company but later I realized I was fooled as all the cabinet partitions were made in Melaka; the same thing goes to the installers as they would travel all the way from Melaka to KL during the installation day. This was one of the main problems, the installation needs few days to complete because most of the time they would arrive at my house late, nearly noon and they need to stop the work before 5pm due to my condominium regulation. I wonder how the business owner handle his business as all the installment arrangement need to deal with his worker. He was so damn rude and arrogant. Tried to talk and discuss nicely with him but his response may boil you blood up. All the design concepts discussion only made by whatsapp, and I need to go down to meet him in Melaka, not Puchong, to finalize the design. Ultimately, I have made full payments more than RM11k for the kitchen cabinet before the installation started and until now after months from the first day of the payment, the kitchen cabinet has not been completed yet.

Will never recommend their service or product. They might seem appealing at initial stage providing free gifts and promotions but left with empty promises + rude and terrible service. Does not follow the SOP for kitchen cabinet fixture, measurement and discussion . They have blocked Facebook reviews as well . Please don't get cheated with this supplier

Not sure why they have removed their Facebook page to block and restrict all customer bad reviews. Please do not continue to cheat any new customer especially those who sign up their packages from home fair and exhibition. Strongly not recommended! Date and timing of appointment they keep on changing depending on their own convenience, the boss is very rude and always scold customers. No 100% refund is possible, this is another strategy to cheat new customer with bad quality of services and materials. New update: They even changed the google company name to cover and mask all bad reviews from customers. The original company name is 'Numberg Kitchen'. Remember and be careful.

We had the worst experience with this kitchen cabinet provider (Numberg Kitchen), We have booked them from Perfect Livin Perfect Living Exhibition@ PWTC on 8.4.2018. This is my experience with them. •During measure they would not wait for you to discuss anything, you can’t choose materials and whatever view any of their materials to choose from. •Design review and discussion will be made only via WhatsApp ONLY. •You are required to choose materials via WhatsApp ONLY. •They will only show 3D dwg and not a dimensional dwg means we won’t know exactly what is your cabinet dimension. We only can roughly can estimate where will all your kitchen equipment will be placed from the 3d dwg. •Upon further request Dimension, dwg will be drawn using paper and ruler which is very confusing and you won’t understand the dwg without any specification. •They won’t produce dimension dwg which might lead the cabinet to wrong measurement, spacing, alignment. Which might lead to a serious defect on your kitchen cabinet. •When you ask for a proper elevation/dimension dwg, they are required to outsource to an “architect” to do a kitchen cabinet design and we are required to bear the cost for that. •Since they are not able to produce the dimension dwg, they are willing to cop sign the 3D dwg and will be able to rectify if there is any error on the kitchen cabinet. As a customer, I believe we need a one-time job and not a repetitive job which is a waste of our time. •As a customer, we have to tell every single thing where to place everything means even a dishwasher rack you got to tell to place on top of the main sink. •The worst customer service experience and they are very rude. Upon checking from Facebook and Google review – many other customers had the same experience and cases with defects and poor workmanship. Also, customers have made police report towards this company as they did not meet the customers’ requirements. I don’t wish to continue with Numberg Kitchen as I am afraid of their work quality and after-sales service. Pre-Sales itself is a total disaster. From here I realized, I didn’t lose 1k of booking/deposit. I have saved 12.5k of our money. I don’t trust this company with their workmanship and after sales service. They are the most unprofessional kitchen cabinet supplier I ever came across. They also mentioned I am the only customer out of 10 is asking so much of question as I know what I am asking as a customer. Looking at all these reviews, Now we know. this company has been doing an unacceptable bad job with most of the customers

Numberg Kitchen – The moment you pay cash advance, you are trapped At first, the owner will show you a kitchen design which has free gifts, loaded with additions like free sink, quartz table top, hood and hob and many more items. The total package looks a lot cheaper than competitors. Once you like it, he will tell you to place cash advance so that he can buy the hood and hob. Once you place the cash advance this is what happens. 1.He will always say he is very busy. You will have to go to Malacca to meet up with him to discuss the kitchen design. 2.He will avoid discussing the details about the kitchen design. He will try and rush the things and tell you to sign on the final design. 3.Once you sign on the design he will say that he cannot move to production unless “FULL AMOUNT IS PAID IN ADVANCE”. If you refuse, you lose the cash deposit because its written in the invoice that cash advance is nonrefundable. 4.Another thing which will slip your attention is that, the owner quietly changes the specs in the final drawing. For example, I had asked for 5G glass doors, but he mentioned 4G and took my signature. 5.Many a times you may ask for some changes to design from the time you paid the cash advance. The owner will recalculate and shoot the price to the costliest amount. 6.But your problems are just starting. Now the installation date will be as per his convenience. The owner will say, we are not coming to Johor till next month, so you wait. 7.When the installer comes, you will be shocked to see that the kitchen is totally different in quality from what has been ordered. 8.Some costly items like corner basket will be missing. The quartz platform will not be a single piece but many pieces of tiles. 9.If you complain, he will become incommunicado. After several days of waiting, the owner of Numberg will state that he will refund you for the cost of unsupplied items. However, he will take signature from you first that you are satisfied. The refund is only 50% of the value. 10.Finally, you will get a substandard kitchen at a price that is 20% more expensive than the market.
