โ โ โ โ โ BAD & POOR service. Online e tracking no use... Online show 2days ago already reach office. And hv call ask location and delivery out, waiting till end of day no coming also. Check status "undelivered with sorry card". But I didn't get anything. Till today I call, they say just reach office will arrange send by tomorrow.... So what mean for ONLINE E-TRACKING!!!
What a professional express carrier services in the countries we operate. Taking a week to delivery with no status!!

โ โ โ โ โ The WORST courier service ever. the staffs unable to trace office parcel even with consignment number for so many days! Most importantly client feedback and complaint unable to deliver to the management, they treat it as harassment! C'mon, We are looking for solution, no time to dirty your back side! It was not the first time but few times already. NO MORE GDEX! They better close the business.

โ โ โ โ โ Bad service ever. Got call and sms said on delivery but after 2 days never arrived. Please get a systematic delivery. Not like this such a irresponsible. Gdex deserve no star at all.

โ โ โ โ โ Dear GDEX management, please update your postman on the most current update. I was asked if I would like to postpone my parcel to be delivered the next day and I agreed. However, I picked up at 3.26pm on the 12th May 2020 from the number +60192176080, which turns out to be a delivery man from GDEX.
I was appalled that I was screamed at on the phone for my address and when I was explaining to him the situation about postponing the delivery to the next day when i am home, i got another beatdown from the delivery man who demanded to know where I live so he could send the parcel to me. Once I gave him the address (a well known condo) he said he will leave it at the guardhouse and hung up. I have never had somebody speak to me so rudely on the phone before. I hope this will be improved in the future. At the end, no parcel was every sent and i got yelled at by a disgruntled delivery man. This is simply unacceptable from the service industry. I will not ever support gdex and will never buy from a company who uses this service. NEVER. I hope you hire better delivery man in the future.

โ โ โ โ โ I have bought a pair of speaker on-line which was delivered to my office just now. The attitude of the delivery man was very poor and not cooperative when I asked whether he could help to send the good to the car at the car park. I think the company should teach and improve its employee.

โ โ โ โ โ I should receive my item on Thursday or Friday still considerable for Sunday usage but gdex want to sent on Monday.so I have to pick up by my own.really upset with gdex service

โ โ โ โ โ Rude Driver. missed his called while i was in the shower. called him back to arrange meet up. failed to reach him. called him for 13 times. not picking up. when call state center, only he called me back. had a shouting match. end up getting my stuff 4 days later. poor service. poor attitude. poor communication.

โ โ โ โ โ My stock received late. Half of their staff been quarantine. Stuck in their branch for almost 3 weeks. Call not answer. When walk in to branch ask about the phone. Say phone spoilt. But phone ringing and no people answer. Worse part promise to find my stock end up no. THIS IS LAST USING GDEX. Will ask my company to use different courier service. Other courier service can send my item and product faster than Gdex. Waste my time and petrol to their branch. End up nothing.
