★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For those who are trying to share their place for GINTELL to display the massage chairs and wanting to earn the profit sharing from GINTELL PLEASE DO CONSIDER OTHER OPERATOR.. NO NO NO NO GINTELL.. Profit share payment from GINTELL EXTREMELY SLOW they DELAY PAYMENT FOR MORE THAN 6 MONTHS.
WE ARE STILL WAITING PAYMENT FROM GINTELL'S SINCE MAY 2019 UNTIL NOW.
send e-mail no reply and call no reply. Service extremely bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor after sales service and poor quality massage chair. My massage chair broke down 3 times in 4 years. The servicing technician will only come and check the problem after more than 1 month of the complaint made. This last time is more than 3 months with several following up calls but still no sign of the technician. Think twice before you purchase this brand....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor after sales service. My cybertrek treadmill broke down and still under warranty. Made a report 3 month ago at kiosk at bertam perdana. Technician still didn't come. Call center at hq in damansara, no one pick up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gintel, I've ordered a static bike from you in November 2020 but now that it's Feb 2021 we still haven't received any news abt the status. Kept saying that it will be sent out soon but no date to commit. Are you doing business or is this your hobby? You're doing a terrible job at customer service.
This order was made at Gintel Sunway Carnival in penang but I'd rather leave a review here as the delivery is from HQ. Please take note.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very terrible after sales service. Item send for repair, everything collect money first but already 1month plus still havent send back. And just a dolphin rubber cost 80+ technician chrcking 80+
I already can bought a new one. What a lousy service is this? Im so sorry, no more gintell in my future. And will not recommend to any friends. Not recommended.
