★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lama gila staff rehat. dari kol 12.00 sampai kol 2.00 tak bukak lagi. kalo tutup cakap tutup tunggu 2 jam tak bukak lagi. staff sorang jer ke. kedai dua lot kot. kalau drive sempat sampai gio shah alam nak tunggu staff habis rehat.
long crazy staff break. from kol 12.00 to kol 2.00 no longer open. if it closes, say close, wait for 2 hours, it won't open again. staff sorang jer ke. shop two lots of coats. if the drive has time to reach gio shah alam, I want to wait for the staff to finish the break.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although it is small but it's have variety of fabrics that we could choose.. the reason why I only give 2 stars is because of the customers service... I went to gio fabric melawati mall (12/1/2021, Tuesday) to look for cotton fabric but when I enter the store none of the workers come and ask me what I'm looking for so I ended up walking around aimlessly looking for my fabric and when I tried to go and ask I felt like the workers evading me? I think he saw me walking towards him but suddenly he walked away maybe he had something to do so I ignored it and continue to look.. once I found my fabric in the next store there's still no worker trying to assist me but sadly I can't find the color that I wanted.. the satin fabrics look nice I kinda want to buy some but I looked around still no workers around me so do you expect me to cut my own fabrics? Since there's no one coming to assist me so I felt like you didn't want me to buy any fabrics so I just leave empty handed..
I'm not saying every gio fabric workers are like this but the one in melawati mall really need some more customers service training.
