During the first meeting, he agreed to send me the quotation, but attempts on Whatsapp to get an indication when I would be getting a quotation were ignored. During first follow-up call, I was given a date, then it passed. When I called again, he said bluntly that if I couldn't wait, I can get the marble from elsewhere and hung up before we ended our conversation. I made a decision there and then I would not buy from this shop. Such an arrogant staff.
