β β β β β i just had my eye brows done from glitter nail main place... i use to go there regulerly an indian lady was very proffesional..today there was a diffrent lady i guess she new but she is also v unproffesional she gave me 2 big cuts that i saw when i came home and also my eye brows shapes are messed up its like thin from the frount and thicker from the middle and when i told her she rolled her eyes and smiled..i hope u can give her more training or hire a proffesional person

β β β β β Literally, it was third time to visit here. But I can feel that the service is depends on their mood. For me, first time was okay. Everyone quite friendly and nice but second time was not. They dont focus on my work because they are busy (im not sure is it busy or pretending busy). They kept me waiting even i made appointment. It feel like they dont respect their customer who is visiting this shop regularly. I hope this feedback can help to improve their customer service

β β β β β Poor service. You should know how to welcome your customer and explain politely if you have another customer waiting. No need to be arrogant. I asked if one of the staff can do my eyebrows threading, she said cannot because she is waiting for her customer. The customer is not there yet for God sake. She even gave me that βannoyingβ look when I asked if it is possible for me to do threading as it only takes around 5-10mins. And she is playing phone! FYI, I am your regular customer. I come to your spa every single month. Sometimes once every two weeks. So disappointed with the staff today.

β β β β β Went there to accompany my friend but the Indian girl was so rude. Seriously you jeling mata, kat customers you???? We are aware of the SOP but thereβs nothing wrong in asking right? Never in my life encounter such unprofessional customer service. Jeling mata at your customers is way beyond acceptable. So low.
Donβt come here. Not worth for the service.

β β β β β Revisit this place after sometimes. Look for Isabel that was transferred from SS15. She is polite and you feel warm. Most importantly her work is clean. Couldnβt recommend more! And Thank You Isabel for making my nail look good
