★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impressive detailed skin analysis before the facial. Good massage technique although too gentle for my liking. Maybe can wrap customer’s hair neatly with towel instead of a loose hair net so that customer won’t finish facial looking so oily due to products got on hair. Looking forward for next facial.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall I feel the facial treatment is alright - personally I think the facial treatments are catered more towards skin maintenance if you do not have major issues. I went with the concern of a few breakouts - as I am looking for something more for deep cleansing. However I experienced worsened breakouts after my visit, I think it could be the treatment is too rich for my current skin condition. Went to a Derm clinic for some SOS correction measure after my facial visit here - hopefully all will be good.

Not only my face will glow on the outside but I also feel I am glowing from the inside as Eugene has a very positive and joyful personality. Her services are always very professional and she will advice you on what's best suited for you and your skin. I thoroughly enjoy my experience with Sothys and have not found a better place to entrust my skin needs to. I love their products and find that it's effectively improving my skin condition everytime I go there consistently. Thank you Eugene and Sothys for taking care of me and my skin.

The customer service was really good , I honestly had a great time distressing , the face and shoulder massage during my facial was extremely superb . I’m definitely coming back again all thanks to eugene.

She definitely knows her stuff. My face felt cleansed and soft after facial. As I was rushing, Eugene was also kind enough to accomodate my time concerns and made sure I got a quality facial experience within the shortest time.
