 It depends on which staff will do it, but it was a polite service and I felt that the level of customer service was high. I experienced two sessions in the trial. The quality of skin care also looked good.

โ โ โ โ โ I entered 1 face queue with the online service (8:23pm with 17mins waiting time no. 505), then received their call right away. They asked me to go now because the person no.504 cancelled the treatment. I said i cant, i still halfway taking dinner beside and i will go asap. Then, she threatened me, if you cant be cannot, actually we close at 9pm, u gotta be here now. i remain silent.
Then i said, its not my fault for other ppl's cancellation, and i queued for 17mins later, after 17mins+15mins treatment you guys still can close on time as u wish! Then she hang up.
My dinner mood was spoiled with their rude tone and wong manner, i finished my dinner within 5mins and go right away, but they still put me on waiting.
Btw, i am loyalty customer since July 2016.
Strongly not recommend Glo Laser Centres as they changed 'expiry' and 'transfer' policy after i have purchsed 80 treatments. PENIPU. Didn't want to put this on public until 1u staffs fed me up.

Nichole did an excellent job, very gentle in the whole session.
I love the interior. Everything is clean and fresh.
Good online system for queue.
