★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ice is professional and friendly. I redeem complimentary hydrating facial given free to Public Bank credit card holders. She only asks me once if I want to upgrade the facial for RM 100. I refuse and she does not pursue further. She releases me right after the well-done facial, only requests for a signature from me. No hard sell. When I want to subscribe to a package in the future, I will definitely come back to Serene Aesthetics and look for Ice. Thank you Ice, Serene Aesthetics and Public Bank :)

Specially my beautician ICE, she’s very experience and has friendly approach which I feel comfortable with.
