★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friend recommend me to contact SUNITHA from Globe Trans to help me moving my stuff from Malaysia to Indonesia, she was very helpful, fast respond and really reliable. I would highly recommend her too for your needs to move anything and by including meaning pets, cars/ motorbikes etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a shipment with them on household items from Malaysia to Brunei. I would highly suggest to not use their service. They will treat you nice and professional only at the beginning and are only fast at communicating when it comes to asking for payment. Even the packing was not done properly.
Sunitha, the person who is handling it for me, only sweet things and assurances are being said in the beginning. After payment, don’t bother asking for updates, she won’t even bother sending you the updates or any information regarding the shipment and just ghost you completely. She will tell you one thing to another, promise this and that, will say that she’s on leave, moving houses, or even sick therefore she could not arrange the date yet and etc. Very unprofessional. Be careful with this person and the company itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We made a move from Malaysia to Thailand and all started smooth and good. Mrs Sunitha Nair did a quite good job and the packaging team in Malaysia was professional and we had a funny day together, and we gave a nice tip to all of them. The disaster started when the truck from a partner of Global Trans was opened in Thailand. Most of the carton boxes were in a condition as you can see in the pictures, a cupboard was just for threw away, a very expensive brand new mattress was damaged and a TV is missing. According to Mrs Sunitha all our fault, because we didn't insure our belongings. The excuse from Mrs Sunitha was, that during heavy rain in Kuala Lumpur the storage was und water. This is a very strange excuse as it is raining heavily very often in Kuala Lumpur.
Global Trans never made a proposal of how to settle it. They just keep quiet. In summary: Be very careful with this mover. What they say on their webpage is not really true. They need a lot of improvements!
