★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first appointment made was for Monday 17/6/2019 11am, on the morning of Monday 8.48am I got a message saying the driver is on emergency leave and request to reschedule. I asked whether they are any replacement drivers they say they have none, therefore appointment was rescheduled to Wednesday 19/6/2019 11am. 11.03am no lorry/van was to be seen, called the number and a lady staff said she is not sure and say will call back, I didn't get a call back so I called the lady staff again (I arranged to go to the location and just waited there) and she asked me "did the driver not call you?" I asked her back "this appointment is confirmed right?" She answered "Not sure". The driver did call me at 11.20am to say "I tak datang hari ini" and wanted to reschedule for a tomorrow, I got so mad I just cut off the line, just before the line was cut off I heard him saying "lorry breakdown". I sent a message to the number asking "why is the driver not here yet? I thought you confirmed the appointment for me already? May I know what is going on?" and I got a blue tick, no answer. This is the most terrible service I have encounter. If there was a lorry breakdown situation, the driver should have told the PIC and the PIC should have contacted me earlier, not wait for us to call and ask, and given the answer not sure, and then getting the answer not coming today lets arrange for a tomorrow. I am not using this company's service ever again. I have to make arrangements all over again because of this terrible service. I do not recommend.

They did give me a discount (before actual moving day) but it can't make up for the experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit: Since I posted my initial review, which I've left in its entirely below, the management has contacted me, apologized, and offered to reimburse me a portion of the initial fee as compensation for my poor experience. While the sum I received as compensation in no way makes up for the damage to my Herman Miller and Knoll furniture, at the very least it was a gesture that I do appreciate. I hope they have dealt with the worker who was responsible for all this unpleasantness. He had the gall to contact me after my initial review, and even tried to Facebook "friend" me. It is possible that this is competent moving company that was poorly represented by an employee of abject character, so I've added a star for their effort.
The worst mover experience I've ever had. They sent two workers, one of whom was a local, and the other a foreigner who couldn't speak English or Malay. The local guy shouted and screamed at the foreigner constantly and made him do 80% of the heavy lifting by himself, while he talked on the phone and smoked cigarettes. As a result most of my designer furniture got scratched and scuffed in the move. My mattress got dirty. My ceramics were broken. What should have taken no more than 4-5 hours took 9 hours. Simply awful!

Patiently coordinated and offer a reasonable price without compromising the service. Thank you the team, handled the item gently and neat. Wrapping well. Well manner. all things well pack and all in good condition, and installed well in new place. The owner also amazed their work. Also considering to hire their service in the near future.
Also recommended to my friend. A advance thanks to you and your team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service from Alviz and the team... Prompt safe and professional. I inform them I want to meet them at the buyer house to see the wrap and move the piano. Alviz never say no, and keep me update of their schedule and what time I can come over. This is my first time encounter so friendly and efficient of the guy. They took less that 5 min to shift out the piano. 4 guys so professional of handling the piano. Reach my home, Alviz explain me about the piano knowledge. Super impressed , you will not regret to engage their service. Keep up the excellent work.??
