★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live here for 3 years. Some pros and conts during my stay here:
Pros:
- quite affordable rent fee for spacious space
- near my office First Avenue Building
- near pasar malam (only in front of the condo) every Thursday night and Sunday morning, i can go shopping for fresh vegie and meat here
- near variety of shops (only walking distance)
- near public school Sekolah Kebangsaan Bandar Utama (walking distance)
- near mosque (to pray Jumma prayer and Tarawih). Btw just this year the management opened the surai in the building for Tarawih
- near One Utama shopping mall and MRT Bandar Utama
- near bus stop
- easy access to LDP
- i know well their cleaner and maintenance guy, very friendly Indonesian, will help me anytime i have issue with the unit, or even to help to install my curtain :)
- nice swimming pool and gym
Conts:
- near pasar malam (you can hear they're shouting selling things :D...so it's a contra if you don't like noisy)
- i have stayed in different 2 units, both have issues in their bathrooms. They're very smelly in some periodic time (not always, but every day can smell it). Somehow it can't be fixed and i think the smell is coming from the pipes. Maybe if you stay in high floor, you won't have this issue. This is the reason why i want to move out from this condo. I may regret it because so many pros compares the conts, but let's see :)
