:- Convenient place near to Tropicana City Mall (3 Damansara)
:- Very poor in some forms of house sound proofing, very light materials used in the constructions. Minor noises or sounds can be heard by neighboors at the lower ground. Neighbors always complain about the single noises.

Security Guards and cleaners are the only helpful people.
Management won't take up queries, won't act promptly and the society has a repair guy, but one can never see his face
