★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor quality building, the entire lake were a dumping ground and as the rubbish floats at night and by day it sinks .The main pipes water causes a fungal which over a time may spread like a plaque which will lead into weird sickness.
For these filthy places costs such an expensive price, hope the new government will take stern action against the developer.
Most of the unit were somehow sold among the company staffs on the first phase.
The drainage system leads into the lake, which means upon heavy rain all the fish will swim along the drain and as the water goes dry the fish stays and die, this will lead the area being spread with thousands of fly all over.
Never buy properties from not only Glomac but many other before getting to know of the history of these places.
