Update: As of August 2018, this outlet accepts credit cards but the terminal is hidden from view (the terminal is kept in the closet), giving the illusion that this is a cash-only coffee place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just only one cafe near this building I think. There are not so many tables so I was anxious about whether I’m able to find my seat or not. The lunch time meal was delicious, not so expensive. But I couldn’t find any washroom near by cafe

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for breakfast while waiting for passport to finish. Food was not expensive at all and taste is quite nice, recommend the beef pie for its value and deliciousness, drinks are a bit expensive though. Waiter and waitress were nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to hide out if you are near this area. It is usually not busy and they have plenty of seatings.
If I am near here doing some official work, I would normally have my breakfast here. Peace and quiet away from all the crowd.
Coffee is good. Choice of food is limited but decent enough.
