★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great satay, just right amount of marinate. Tapi sayang the peanut sauce can still be improved > kena lawan tok Hj. Samuri punye sos haha. -1 star cause when we arrived no more to order T.T Please stay open so we can hunt for your satay next time.

Salam to owner of Go Satay. First of all, im so suprised with the quality of your satay. It was like the satay came out frozen and straight heated up. The inside of the meat was stil cold and no juice coming out from the satay. And there was a peculiar taste on the satay especially the beef. And my guess....the beef was not fresh or something else that i could not figure out. It felt like the satay was kept for few days.
Second of all, should the satay was properly heated up on the grill, then throughout the delivery, they should be kept in a warm container.
With the price that i consider quite expensive, this is not supposed to be happening. I have been buying from you guys quite a while and it seemed that there were some hiccup throughout my journey having your satay. But my newest experience was the bad amongst others.

Received a call & replacement of satay from Go satay today. 31 Jan 2022.
Good customer retention. Mistakes happened. But you must know your customers well. And i will not simply put my comments without proof.
Hope there will be improvement in the future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The taste of the satay reminds me of the good old satay of the 70s before the Samuri era. Full of lemongrass flavor, tender, succulent and every wonderful things that were associated with satay of the yesteryears. The size of the satay was humonguous which reminds you of Samuri satay when they first became famous. If there is one gripe - you need to improve on the delivery system. Asking your customers to check on the satay after 15 20 minutes is extremely dumb. It is your responsibility to ensure the orders are delivered, not the other way round. That is why only 4 stars.
