★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't like the service by the staffs. Arrogantly explained the options for the chocolates especially for the weekend truffle promo which didnt make sense to me. Otherwise, the cafe setting and Godiva chocolates are gorgeous as always.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there at around 7.30pm to get softserve with fam. I waited for 5 mins at the counter, but no one came to serve us, didn’t see any staffs but I could hear some noise from the kitchen. After some time of waiting, I went to knock on the kitchen door, still no one came out. I knocked on the door again, and finally one staff came out and told us they are breaking fast, so we have to come back in another 30minutes. I understand the staffs need to eat after a long day of fasting during puasa, but please at least leave a notice at the counter or have someone to take turn to tend the counter. The services just don’t live up to the name.

Worst experience and service at this outlet.
Initial wanted to order ice-cream and take long que. When reach my turn, staff mentioned ice-cream already sold out. Without any notice to customer and just simply let customer stand and wait until their turn.( The sold out words at the board is very small only when reach your turn at counter then you only can see)
Fine. I select to order signature chocolate drinks. Paybill and wait my turn.
After payment, My wife wait at the counter. It took her to wait about 20 min but surprised that no anything for her. Those who are later that us already get their drinks. ( Those who simply take their drink without follow their order and staff is dont care about it)
When my wife ask the staff Taufik when was our turn. He say which receipt is yours.
The receipt already pass to him. Of cause my wife want to look for the receipt. Then the staff Taufik say, please dont make mess with the bills.
My wife just take our bill and pass to Taufik. He is very impolite to my wife and say dont throw the bills.
We put the bill on the counter politely but why received this kind of service and why this staff need show his face to us.
Story never end. After Taufik pass the drink for me. I take the drink and walking out from this outlet. The drink is leaking and dropped on the floor and my shoe and hand are dirty. OMG.. why happened ?
This is the terrible experience and I will never visit any Godiva outlet any more.
Kudos.. Givoda lost one customer/ family support.
