★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've waited an hour for my drink and my food didn't come in an hour and a half till I told the waiter to cancel the order then only they sent my food. When we got out the waiter thought that we didn't pay for the food and chased after us.They should check first. Furthermore,the veggie and mushroom in the carbonara pasta was bitter. NO APOLOGY GIVEN FOR EVERYTHING.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the cafe was crowded when I visited on Friday afternoon 10 June, the service quality of a female server was outstanding. She was patient and she made our coffee experience a very pleasant one. Coffee was good too. Good job Moira !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped by the cafe for a quick drink and rest but unfortunately, their flat white was truly disappointing. It tasted more like a cappuccino instead and was simply too milky and lack the kick of a proper coffee. It was served in a big cappuccino mug too.
On a positive note though, their staff were all very friendly and attentive. Kudos to all of them for their service with a smile and energy. The café was comfortable and clean as well, so it a good spot to get away from the heat as long as you can adjust your expectations on the coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better to get a table under a fan for better air circulation. Mobile data coverage is very poor within Dome, as well as overall JPO. Aside from that, food quality is on par of Dome's standard however portion is on the smaller side. Good ambience though compared to those from food court's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lunch time was crowded. Service a little slower as there are only a couple of staffs. Gotta wait a while longer. Overall food was okay but a little warm and it's not hot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve always enjoyed Dome when they were in Singapore. Such a happy find when we spotted it at JPO. Not only was the food great, service from staff like Miera was stellar. She was friendly, polite and even offered a few more pieces of biscotti when she heard that my daughter loves them!
Love this cafe as always.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoyed the chicken pot pie from Dome for years. I came back this time, the entire experience was really disappointing. Here's why... a male servicing staff serving us wasn't wearing masks properly. Nose exposed, and constantly adjusting the face mask while touching cutleries and serving food. It's really unacceptable during the Pandemic that requires a lot of vigilance from the restaurant.
Secondly, food standard has dropped so badly. Bruschetta was soggy. Another round of service staff having the audacity to tell the customer that that's how a bruschetta should be...soggy.
Then an undercooked pot pie was served. The pastry was clearly undercook. The filling of the pot pie was luke warm.
