β β β β β Only giving 3 stars because the customer service is appalling and I won't be a return customer or recommending this place to anyone (and it was actually recommended to me as well).
I ordered over RM100 worth of fruit for my aunt which was delivered 4 days ago. Everything was relatively fine until then and 2 days ago she told me that the pomelo in the order was rotting from the inside when she cut it open. As I am overseas I emailed the store yesterday but had no reply so I contacted them via WhatsApp today. They finally responded but not only offered no apology, no offer of resolution, they seemed to imply that I am perhaps making a false exchange request by claiming that their other customers constantly demand refunds after a week. There is no mention of their exchange/refund policy on their site anywhere and even though they eventually offered to send a replacement, they made it seem like they were doing me a favour when their produce is clearly not fresh. They said that they were making an exception or as they repeated a 'one off basis' for me even though it's now 'after 3 days'.
I would not be as annoyed and bothered pursuing this if the responses were at least friendly and polite. I suggest a change in tone and brush up on customer service skills would go a long way in business.

β β β β β New customers, beware! I ordered Ara Green grapes and pineapples. What came was Pretty Lady grapes and one rotten pineapple. When I asked the boss, he said Ara Green and Pretty Lady is the same. This is wrong and totally unacceptable. I will never ever order from them again.

β β β β β Bad service! I've told them about my ordered. Seller said send tomorrow. But no feedback at all. WhatsApp contact them but no reply, nothing! This is my first time encountered this type of problem buying online. Very disappointed!

β β β β β Placed an order on 6th Feb to be delivered on 11th Feb. No contact from them at all until the morning of my delivery day informing me that the items I ordered were out of stock. I understand that fruits depend on seasonality however it was available on the website when i purchased and why did it to take 5 days to inform customer?? Furthermore, shouldnβt you ensure that you have stock for my order after confirming it? Stressed me out since
the fruits I ordered were for a batch of cakes to be delivered out for Valentines and being the eve of CNY, i had no other options available to go out n buy??ββοΈ When I asked for a compensation since they had to deliver alternatives I did not even want, they rejected because they said the fruits were too expensive lol.
Whatβs worse, the raspberries started turning mouldy and some too soft to handle after just 3 days since they delivered!

β β β β β This is my first time using their service and I'll say it's awesome.
Ordered giftbox for a friend and they perfectly did it just the way I wanted. The seller is also concerned about hw the fruit will be by the time it arrives to the customer. On the delivery day the seller called and informed me that the mangoes are overripe and advised me to change to other fruits. Overall very good service. Super efficient.

β β β β β I have make an online order with GoFruit today at 1pm for fruits and vegetables and I received my delivery at 2.15pm. I'm extremely impressed with the fast service. This is my 6 times in the last 2 months. I was introduced by my neighbor about GoFruits. I tried first my 1st online buying and I was so happy. When I found that the banana is spoilt, I called and spoke to Nick, the friendly owner and he without questions was willing to replace the Banana and deliver to me. I told him to replace it during my second order. Since then, I have been ordering my fruits and vegetables regularly few times a month. I love the blueberries from Zimbabwe ?? and October Sun plum from US. It is very crunchy and sweet. The fruits are very fresh and value for money. Highly recommended with 5 stars βοΈ βοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈ
