Service can be improved - on delivery date, I had to follow up on whether the item was on the way and follow up once again whether my boss had received the gift or not. Hope can see this kind of improvement in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a gift set as a surprise to someone and chose scheduled delivery. Expected to be some sort of proof of delivery or real time tracking link (like other runner service) but none. Customers are expected to contact the rider instead. CS also not helping, at least send picture etc. If you are buying and have it deliver for someone, not recommended for this delivery. Deliver to u instead and arrange yourself will be better.

I have ordered a gift set online from this store. It appears to offer same day delivery within the Klang Valley area. Although, even its normal delivery service is quick enough. For me, in TTDI, it arrived within three working days.
The product itself is well packaged and tastes excellent. I ordered the Lavender tisane. The set also comes with a neat card which details interesting facts about the tea.
If you wish to buy gifts for friends, corporate acquaintances, or anyone at all, then I would recommend this store. Both exotic and classic choices available for a wide range of tea drinkers. As for the tea enthusiast, I have no real way of promoting. However, the store is serious enough to make a distinction between tea and other brews that they sell. That may speak for the enthusiast.
