★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Golden Beauty Slimming Health Malaysia I think something's wrong with your advertisement. Y'all mention people can have hair-removal-for-good treatment with RM28 ONLY. However your staft told me RM28 is only for us to know what equipment you guys use to do that treatment, which our hair would still be there after RM28 treatment. You know what? I wasted one hour for your staff kept advertising &pushing me to upgrade for another treatment by RM250/500 idk. If you don't want let people do that RM28 thing never advertise it lah. I ended up did nothing with RM 28 paid, that staff only let me go when I said I needed to rush back& save that 28 for me would go next time (my friend has had their treatment done ady ?, while y'all never let me do that RM28 thing becoz I didn't want to pay more &upgrade)
Hey price is not the point, the point is what we consumer wanna do. Please never advertise thing if u don't want let people do that & make everything clear lah. What a dishonest & time-wasting shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the Golden Beauty for hair remover in Cheras KL after i sawthe advertisement in FB is RM28(didn’t mention is first trial). Once i step into the beauty centre, they request me to pay first prior to the “consultant advising” and treatment. Had been wait for sometimes in a room and once the branch manager came, she offer me RM10,000 treatment for 4 area(each cost RM2500? which is Unlimited removal). She forced me to take at least 1 course of that which is min RM2500. I don’t want to proceed and she mention there is no upgrade treatment (which is not so effective) if i just take the RM28. I had mention my financial commitment and i just want to proceed with the first trial and if ok only i dont mind to proceed to take course. She mentioned to me that since i already registered today next time i come they will charge me RM500/ treatment/area?. From RM28 become RM500 and and which make me unhappy is she keep on forcing me to take course which is for me it is not under my intention?. The treatment even very simple and can feel the beautician is not well-trained which i doubt does this treatment worth for RM500?! Will not come here anymore even i had committed on the RM2500 course.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst exprience ever and please do not trust their ads. Hard Selling package from RM10k down to RM500 and force ppl to sign the package. Went in 2 hours beautician keep selling their package and during the treatment asked the manager came in convince me to sign package again actual facial hair treatment took less than 10min. Not Professional at all and do not respect customer. Not even worth 1 star. Horrible Service! Don't ever go and fall into trap!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst place ever!! scammed by their FB advertisement for RM28. They really really hard sales with their package .They force me to make a decision for the package even i still lay on the bed (the treament haven't done yet!!!), two of their beautician standing beside my bed and keep convince me .They service is such . The room (door)just use a curtain to cover it , it is not sense of security for me while doing treatment( especially changing cloth ).At the end , i dont even say yes for the package they already decided for me , and do the other upgrade treatment . So i be forced to sign on the package !! EXPANSIVE and WORSＴ！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One advice to guys who saw their FB advertisement: DON'T GO, IS A HARD SALES SCAM!!!!
Went to cheras branch last year with a terrible experience. They used to have a location in the Google map, but seem like no where to be found, how can you trust them??? Waste my 2 hours there listening to nonsense. Their advertisement are false and aim to bait. My package at that moment was escalated from RM 68 to RM 7k. Three staffs were kept to hard sales me the expensive package with unfriendly tone. Keep telling me that normal person will sign up the package quickly as it was limited promotion (7k? Hello!). People please be aware!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw the advertisement in their fb and wish to understand more about one of the treatment . Received the call frm their staff in short time. I have done some survey for the treatment frm few shops so I roughly know how it goes. However, when I ask about the price she given me hundred to thousand. And I repeat again, I need to know roughly how much so that I check whether within my budget. She still answer the same and so she lost the potential customer. Such a *good* customer experience with them.

NOT FOLLOW CMCO SOP
Mount Austin Branch not following CMCO SOP. NO temperature scan until I asked, NO QR code or book registration for visitor / customer, consultant NOT wearing face protector, not sure room got sanitize or not. Facial consultant is not able to keep social distancing with client, that's why full set of strict protection is needed. Just wearing face mask is much not enough.
POOR SERVICE & NOT PROFESSIONAL
Was being informed will do a skin test, end up consultant just look at my face with her own EYES, and tick on the questionnaire. Not even using a machine to scan my skin, and no bother to explain further on my skin issue. Wasted 1hr pushing RM5k treatment package (6 times treatment only) before I start my 1st trial treatment. Even asking me if I am interested to sign up. I was like ?????
Keep asking want to sign package or not during the treatment too. I am not seeing the result, why should I purchase the treatment? Make your treatment speaks, not your mouth. I am not enjoying the treatment, and I will not come back to the place I don't like. I am not feeling secure in the premise too. How can I trust you are professional when you are offering such poor service?
Will not recommend Golden Beauty.
