You can consult him anything and he is willingly to explain patiently.
Clinic is presentable and clean. Always full of people and crowded too because of his medication and consultation. Usually waiting time will take 45min-1hr.
The only clinic never charge GST and prices are really affordable. Medicines are really best. I've taken medicines for few time, and recovery process is really fast and heal your pain and sickness.
Overall, it's my best place to visit with trust for me.

Booked appointment for PCR test last night. I wish to book at 9am, but they said only available at 11am. OK, so I arrived there at 11am and ask the reception about my appointment, they told me "sudah tutup". Not only me, there was 3 persons would like to do the test, and we received their message that told us to come at 11am but they only told us we cannot do the test today while we arrived!!! NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im very disappointed with your staff , very rude n not friendly . . i call want to ask what time the doc is available . . they pick and answer my call but they not respond with my answer n just off the phone . . i always come to this clinic many time i get bad service from your staff but i can be patient, but this time i can't be patient when i call many time they answer but they dont respon and when i call again they dont pick my call they pick n off my call , im really2 not satisfy with the staff . . please teach your staff to be good , manner, n friendly to serve customer . . we pay for the bill not free please give the best service for your customer ???

Miss Reena assisted us at the clinic. She is very courteous and professional. She offers us helpful advice and prompt to reply to our queries.
We have not had any negative interactions with anyone in this clinic.
I would highly recommend this place to all my family and friends if we ever have to do our RTK-AG again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was here with a colleague who has fainted in the office. Dr.Bala was very helpfull with his immidiate response examining the patient and refered the case to HSI for further treatment. Charges was very reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience ever, serve by staff name TYA on her uniform. The moment I approach counter she said" Doctor Melayu erh you nak tengok juga?". My 14months yrs old son got minor head injury do I really care what races is the doctor? Her service is the rudest ever that I came across. Is totally unacceptable as a frontliner. Rude attitude.
