 I signed 5000 packages and said that I did 5 times without refund.
I did it 5 times and it didn't work.
No refund! ! con man!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con shop. Ask u to pay RM28 for the "trial". But then there is a catch. After you paid RM28, then they will force you to pay additional RM10,000 to sign up their package before they proceed with the trial. If you don't sign the package, they will burn the RM28.
Very dishonest shop. Con shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service not worth your money!! The beauticians ARE very rude! They will persuade you to sign package which cost over for an hour, the package is not worth your money it is more than RM5000 for few session. The session is not effective at all .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT VISIT THIS SHOP!! Such a huge waste of time. Similar to their other reviews, salesperson uses more than ONE FULL HOUR just to persuade/push on their packages. Usual sales push are normally expected with the cheap trial (RM28) but this is just TOO MUCH. They obviously do not care about the actual hair removal service and uses all means to push you to purchase their packages which cost thousands of ringgit. Utterly disgusted by the staff especially the lady manager, who even went on to make rude personal remarks when I was persistent at not signing up for any packages (mainly due to their in professionalism and insincerity). I hope that no one else’s fall into this trap and if you’ve already bought the trial promo, it’s better to just forfeit it to avoid their bad service and low or non-existing standard of professionalism. Yucks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In facebook advertising offer is very cheap, but when go to try, they just simply to do, and the staff hard push to upgrade and pay more, TALK around two hours then only go to treatment for 15mins, lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time visited this beauty salon to try leg hair removal treatment.(RM28 for 1st trial).
Receptionist insist to have original Identity Card for their registration(soft copy or verbally is not allowed). Otherwise, you can't enjoy this treatment. Payment must be made prior to the treatment.
Beautician used 1 hour to persuade customer to sign up hair removal packages whereas the treatment only take 5 to 10 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have tried their first trial of IPL treatment, their customer service at FB is so friendly but their staff at the shop was so rude. They just want to promote other packages they have, haven't even tried the first trial treatment that i purchase they already started to sell their package with a huge amount of price and keep asking you to purchase their package. Almost use 2 hours to sell their other product until i stop them and request to try the treatment first.
This was my first time to try out the treatment and i don't even know how the process of the treatment, how do i just sign your package without trying it? If you don’t purchase any treatment, they won’t entertain you nicely and just simply help you to do the first treatment that you purchase. Bad experience I’ve ever had. Even the first trial is really cheap, but their service was so bad and the staff being so rude. Hope the shop can have a better training to their staff.
