★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont go to this shop to repair your car aircond, CHEAT & break your car sparepart. Send my car there for aircond block problem, they charge me rm300++ said help me clean all aircond part, fill in oil & gas. But now my friend help me to check, they just fill in gas only, Do NOTHING. Bcos they didnt check & fix the problem, now i must change whole part of aircond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for simple air cond top up. Turns out my compressor is noisy because it runs dry without its oil. To save my compressor from kicking the bucket, i decide to do aircond flush and cleaning. Boss very friendly and gave good discount based on my budget.. Really good shop recommended for all!

In summary, initial wrong diagnosis costs me RM700 basically for nothing. Then tried to sell me compressor for RM1.2k but after I cross-check with another workshop then suddenly very generous drop to RM700.
Wrong diagnosis can be accepted since AC is quite complex but the second part is very untrustworthy.
The initial RM700 includes 10 cans of compressor oil worth RM200 which again cross-checked with another workshop is shady too. Online check the can is very similar to compressor oil treatment and ppl only use 1-2 cans.
Most of the cans were filled when I was conveniently not there and I was only showed the last can being filled.
A good lesson for me to be more careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to service your car's AC and other issues if you happen to be in Melaka. The mechanic Jackie is friendly, skillful, knowledgeable, honest and upfront about the cost of repair. He is also happy to thoroughly explain issues until you understand and will suggest many options for you solve your problems that fits your budget.
Jackie is specialised in AC repair/ servicing but he can troubleshoot and solve all other car issues like wiring and brake system flushing
The AC service is done thoroughly which includes clearing the cooling pipes and topping up refrigerant.
Overall definitely a place to come to for car servicing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honest and great service from golden star owner. Was at Malacca for holiday and end up with a air-conditioning issue for mine car. Manage to Google and found good reviews so decided to engage their service. I must said that is the best decision I have made for this trip of mine.
The owner was knowledgeable n honest regarding all the problem I was having with my air conditioning. Everything was upfront about the repair needed and cost. For anyone who need car air conditioning repair do visit this place, U can't go wrong.

1. Car service is great. The mechanic (Jackie) will do a general check up on car as well ask questions to get a general idea of the air conditioning. He then services the car. He explaines as he is doing it, showing you parts need to replace or repair. He also teaches you on how to better take care of the vehicle. He is able to service new and old model cars.
2. Customer service.Jackie and his business partner are both friendly and caring. Always offering water and even change music to English while we were waiting. They are upfront of any payment or part need replacing. Rather knowledge able. The shop is kept clean.
3. Price is reasonable and worthwhile as you are able to see and aware of the services done and parts replace. A detail receipt is always given. They will also explain what you are paying for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1)Best service (the staffs / also the owners of the business are very friendly and really thoughtful, they always treat you with a smile, a thing you don’t usually get at normal workshops)
2)Best speed of service (I reached the shop at morning around 10:30 am. After having a thorough discussion about my car a/c problem with them. I have decided to do a full overhaul of my car a/c. Meaning changing every single thing regarding my car a/c. And I also ask them to do some customisations to my condenser fan, means adding another auxiliary fan that includes some modifications and some more labour time. I told them I was not rushing as I was on leave so they can take their time. They started to do the job like sharp at 12pm. The boss told me my car need some time they cannot promise it could be done today. So if it is possible to be ready as early as that nite they would call me. So I said it’s ok go on, I then went to Mahkota parade and dataran pahlawan to have lunch n some window shopping. So after 4 a hour’s of jalan2, I tot wat if I go see what is happening to my car, maybe my car I naked beyond my imagination. To my surprise, when I came there at 4 pm I saw the boss driving out my car for a test drive, I ask the staff there like 5 times, “eh where is ur boss going?” I cannot believe it’s done in 4 hours.
3)Best price. (Price quoted is included labour charges)
4)Best knowledge.
5)Best customisation. (I customised my radiator fan, adding another extra auxiliary fan, they do it without hassle)
6)Best availability of spare part. (The shop has own stor of parts, so parts needed arrive very fast)
7)Best one stop workshop. (They also have several other franchise that do other type of repair)
8)Best on call repair. (They can come to ur place on call)
9)Best accommodation. (They can send you to places before ur car is done)
10)Best in Malacca.
