★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please be careful when you order as they do not tell you the important information that matters. I wanted a 3 ft door and ordered a 3 ft door but I received one that is only 28 inch wide. So from a 3 ft wide back door, I now have a small 28 inch wide bathroom-sized door! And the sales order/receipt says "Single layer Powder Coated Door (3ft x 7ft)". So why do I now get only 28 inches for my door? "Oh, we measure frame to frame", that's what they said. Well, nothing on the sales order/receipt mentioned about frames being measured as part of the door. I wanted a 3ft door, not a 3 ft frame.
Unfortunately, I have paid in full and only realized the smaller size after the contractor has installed it. Basically, there is nothing that I can do except to share this bitter experience or feeling of being cheated. So, for future customers, my advice is to know what you are buying and what you will be getting, for what you said that you want may not be what you will get even though it's written in black and white.
