Initially plan to do another sliding door on my kitchen now I have to think twice..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 27 April 2019, around 11am, my parents visited your branch in Taman Connaught. It was a very unwelcoming experience for them. There was a female staff who attended to them and she had the most condescending and disrespectful attitude towards my parents. The way she answered their queries made them felt ignorant. For example, my father asked about the shower frame mechanism, she answered in a way that it made my parents seemed foolish for asking such questions. Clearly my parents aren't door experts which was why they were asking in the first place. I highly do not recommend anyone to consult this company if this staff continues her disgusting attitude towards customers.

Consultation is not professional. It might be the sales' issue as I found out my neighbours who purchased from a different sales person did not have such issues. Purchased the casement window and shower screen from this seller. Window quality is okay, they made a mistake on our shower screen model but insisted it's our mistake. We are told that 6ft is the max height of a shower screen when we requested for 7ft. Other suppliers are providing 7ft or 200cm height (which I only found out later). As a first time buyer, since the sales insisted no shower screen is 7ft tall, we can only trust the seller (we did not have a choice to request for height more than 6ft anyway). We expected 6ft height is as of what we saw in the market. In the end, the shower screen is too low and does not fit nicely. The water heater is being exposed. Very disappointed. We even visited the branch to try to talk to the sales but she kept changing topic and kept finding excuses to push the faults back to us. On top of that, to resolve this issue, she suggested to pay more to install a fixed panel on top/ or to change a new set new model of shower screen (with full price). I dont understand where she find the gut to do so....... (We are still mad). The main trigger is the attitude of the sales girl. She just tried to cover everything and hope that we wont question further. She did not admit any mistakes + kept pushing things back to us: It's our mistake, we remembered wrongly, it's our contractor issue etc.
Advise: Do more research and insist what you wanted. Otherwise, you will be paying with dissatisfaction. 6ft does not fit all circumstances. We dont understand why the sales kept insisting shower screen max is 6ft tall. Only if we did more research in the market. We treat it as a lesson learned.
