★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked for normal service via Go mechanic, 1st they say need to go to a shop then when I am on the way there, suddenly called me, need to pay Rm 10 for booking and changed to another location…one more tthing i thought all the reviews are real, at last realised all are fake, see the names of the people are reviewing , boss very rude and trying to cheat me for everything, even asked me for the mileage sticker, they said customer need to bring own sticker, what a joke..avoid at any cost… the customer service told me that centee will check 25 point but the boss said cannot do , customer need to pay extra if want, what kind of service centre is this….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really thought all those review is real. Book appointment via gomechanic for general inspection RM 50. They just check the problem I state another than that they just avoid. In App show will check 25 point. Within 15 mins they earn RM 50 and quote me everything have to change about 2k-3k. I was like even I go to SC change all the part he quote plus labor 2k plus. Do not believe review below all those is fake review and not local name as well. See their profile review 3 different workshop under Gomechanic in a month and location between the workshop is far away. View to believe yourself

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Book via gomechanic app. Quality of car service depends on which workshop they assign kot. Went to B8 automotive and overall ok i guess. B8 gave me free gift somemore. Ppl at the workshop also nice n friendly??
when i book my service at the app i entered voucher code for free wiper blade but idk why it did not reflect after confirmation. End up have to pay extra to the workshop to change wiper. But ok laa. Overal nice experience.
But GoMechanic, seriously why there are so many fake reviews???only realized this after my car is done. Even the service is good i feel reluctant to continue the bcs it shows your company is dishonest. Quite disappointed with these fake reviews ??
